Make change to Item 1 of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disablement without establishment of disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for the service in war reserve approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 No. 975 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 6, Art. 161; 2023, No. 68, the Art. 3929), having added paragraph two after words of "National guard" with the words "and Public special service of transport".
