About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning yarn from jute fibers or other textile bast fibers
According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 16 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), Items 7 and 16 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:
1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.68 of the following content:
"7.1.68. The yarn from jute fibers or other textile bast fibers classified by codes 5307 10 000 0 and 5307 20 000 0 CN FEA EEU, imported into the Republic of Armenia in total volume no more than 3 tons and to the Republic of Belarus in total volume no more than 6 thousand tons.
The specified tariff privilege is provided in the presence of the podtverzhadeniye about reference of imported goods to the goods specified in this subitem issued by authorized body of the executive authority of the Republic of Armenia or the Republic of Belarus and containing data on the nomenclature and quantity of such goods, and also on the organizations performing their import.
The governments of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Belarus take necessary measures for non-admission of export from the territory of the yarn from jute fibers or other textile bast fibers placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption using the specified tariff privilege, in the territory of other state members.
