About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2018 No. 420 and of December 27, 2019 No. 1175
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2018 No. 420 "About approval of the list of the services which are of general economic interest" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 46, Art. 1608; 2022, No. 66, the Art. 3967) and of December 27, 2019 No. 1175 "About introduction of competitive conditions of production incentive of electrical energy from alternative energy sources" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 10, Art. 388; 2022, No. 66, the Art. 3967) the enclosed changes.

1. In Item 1 of the list of the services which are of general economic interest, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of May 23, 2018 No. 420:
In paragraph seven of the word "or the auction price taking into account the allowance to him / her" shall be replaced with words 1) "taking into account the allowance to it";
2) to add Item after the paragraph of the seventh with the new paragraph of the following content:
"services in ensuring support of production of electrical energy from alternative sources on the mechanism of market award;".
With respect thereto paragraphs of the eighth - to consider the tenth respectively paragraphs the ninth - the eleventh.
