Changes which are made to the list of the documents necessary for establishment of insurance pension, establishment and recalculation of the amount of fixed payment to insurance pension taking into account increase in fixed payment to insurance pension, purposes of funded pension, establishment of pension on the state provision of pensions approved by the Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of August 4, 2021 No. 538n

1. Add with Items 27 (1) and 27(2) following contents:

"27(1). Documents (data) are necessary for the citizens staying in voluntary forming for award of pension on disability on the state provision of pensions:

a) about availability of citizenship of the Russian Federation;

b) that the citizen stayed in the voluntary forming promoting accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during mobilization, action of warlike situation in wartime in case of armed conflicts, when carrying out counter-terrorist operations, and also when using the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation (further - voluntary forming);

c) that the citizen is disabled person.

27(2). Documents (data) are necessary for the citizens staying in the voluntary forming considered in case of determination of its size, provided by the Federal Law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation" for confirmation of additional terms of award of pension on disability on the state provision of pensions:

a) that the citizen is disabled person owing to mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) or the disease got in connection with fulfillment of duties under the contract on stay in voluntary forming (Item 2.1 of Article 8, the subitem 1 of Item 2 of article 15 of the Federal law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation");

b) about disabled family members (taking into account requirements imposed to the documents of certain categories of disabled family members specified in Items 10 and 11 of this list) (Item 3 of article 15 of the Federal law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation");

c) that disabled family members are dependent on the citizen (taking into account requirements imposed to the documents on stay dependent on certain categories of disabled family members specified in the subitem "k.1" Item 11 of this list) (Item 3 of article 15 of the Federal law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation");

Documents are necessary for award of pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter from among the citizens staying in voluntary forming in addition to the documents provided by Items 37, 38 these lists for confirmation of the conditions provided by the Federal Law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation":

a) confirming stay in voluntary forming (Item 3 of article 8 of the Federal law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation");

b) confirming death (death) owing to mutilation (wounds, injuries, contusions) or diseases of the citizen staying in voluntary forming or approach of death after the end of stay in voluntary forming owing to mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) or the diseases got during stay in voluntary forming (Item 3 of Article 8, the subitem 1 of item 4 of article 15 of the Federal law "About the State Provision of Pensions in the Russian Federation");
