Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of strengthening of social protection of workers whose health worsened as a result of labor accident or occupational disease at the state companies privatized and put into operation under management, or family members and other dependents of the died worker I DECIDE:

1. In Regulations of debts on monthly payment to the employee of the state companies privatized and transferred to the control who lost health as a result of the production accident or occupational disease, or to members of the family of the worker who died for this reason, and other persons which were in its dependence approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 4, 2008 No. 804 (Collection of the Legislative Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 8, Article 712; 2010, No. 7, Article 610; 2016, No. 710, Article 71; 2018 No. 3 of Art. 441; 2019 No. 5 of the Art. 845) to make the following changes:

1.1. State subitems 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 in the following edition:

"3.1.1. in case of loss of professional working capacity - in the amount of percent of disability of the minimum monthly amount of compensation (at least 33 manats);

3.1.2. in case of death - in the amount of the minimum monthly salary.";

1.2. Subsections 3.1.3 - 3.1.5 to cancel;

1.3. In Items 5.2 and 5.5 of the word "State Committee on Real Estate Questions" shall be replaced with words "Public service concerning the real estate under the Ministry of Economics".
