Approve "Regulations of debts on monthly payment to the employee of the state companies privatized and transferred to the control who lost health as a result of production accident or occupational disease or members of the family of the worker who died for this reason, and other persons which were in its dependence".

2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in a month:

2.1. provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the existing legal acts to compliance with this Decree;

2.2. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
