About introduction of amendments to article 2 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Items 3), 4) and 5) parts (1) article 2 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, Art. 280), with subsequent changes, to replace figures "1000" with figures "1250".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) Provisions of this law become effective since March 1, 2024.
(3) to the Government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
(4) to National cash desk of social insurance to give the sizes of the monthly public welfare payments established before entry into force of this law for categories of persons specified in article I in compliance with the sizes established by this law since March 1, 2024.
