About modification of the procedures approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2021 No. 451

Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget according to the "Provision of Soft Mortgage Loans to Internally Displaced Persons" program and the Procedure for preferential mortgage lending of internally displaced persons at the expense of the means of grant provided by credit institute for recovery (KfW), approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2021 No. 451 "Question of provision of soft mortgage loans to internally displaced persons at the expense of the means of grant provided by credit institute for recovery (KfW)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 39, Art. 2326; 2022, No. 14, Art. 758, No. 55, Art. 3243, No. 88, Art. 5475; 2023, No. 57, the Art. 3196), the enclosed changes.

1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the Government budget according to the "Provision of Soft Mortgage Loans to Internally Displaced Persons" program:
1) in Item 1:
in paragraph one of the word and figures", on provision of 25500000 euros - "Premises for Internally Displaced Persons" projects - BMZ -" to exclude No. 2016 685 16 and 2016 703 63, and after figures and the words "December 28, 2020" to add with words ", and also changes and amendments to it";
in the first and second offers of paragraph two "register" shall be replaced with words the word to "the register list of candidates";
