Based on Article part two 4, parts one, fifth, seventh, thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth Article 8, Article parts three 10, parts one of Article 11.1-2, of part two of Article 11. 4, Article parts six 12, part one item 4 of Article 14, parts one and the thirteenth Article 23, Article parts seven 24, parts one of article 40 of the Federal law "About Banks and Banking Activity" (in edition of the Federal Law of February 3, 1996 No. 17-FZ), parts one and the sixth Article 57, Articles 57. 1, 57.3, 57.5, of Article part ten 72, item 4 of part three and part thirteen of article 74 of the Federal Law of July 10, 2002 No. 86-FZ "About the Central bank the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)", Items 1 and 2 of Article 189. 25, subitem 3 Items 1, paragraph of third Item 2 of Article 189. 43, Item 9 of Article 189. 49, Item 3 of Article 189. 50, Item 2 of Article 189. 53, Item 1 of Article 189. 64, Items 7 and 12 of Article 189. 89, Item 2 of article 189.98 of the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)", parts 7.2 and 7.6 of article 36 of the Federal Law of December 23, 2003 No. 177-FZ "About deposit insurance in banks of the Russian Federation", parts 1 of Article 3 and part 1 of article 8 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 224-FZ "About counteraction to unauthorized use of the insider information and to market manipulation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation", Item 1.1 of Article 2, Item 10 parts 2, parts 5 of Article 19, Items 2, 9.1 and 14 parts 1 of article 25 of the Federal Law of February 7, 2011 No. 7-FZ "About clearing, clearing activities and the central partner" and in connection with the edition of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of April 10, 2023 No. 6406-U "About forms, terms, procedure for creation and submission of the reporting of credit institutions (banking groups) to the Central bank of the Russian Federation, and also about the list of information on activities of credit institutions (banking groups)" <1>:

1. Bring the following changes in regulations of the Bank of Russia:
