In recent years in law-enforcement bodies system work on providing the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of women and children, protection of their life and health, protection of their honor and advantage, rendering assistance for their spiritual and physical development is adjusted. Relevant decisions of the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in divisions of prevention of offenses of law-enforcement bodies enter positions of the inspector-psychologist on questions of minors and the inspector on questions of women.
Analysis results showed that lack of necessary powers at inspectors-psychologists on questions of minor law-enforcement bodies interferes with timely taking measures to prevention of the offenses connected with minors.
At the same time for the purpose of further increase in efficiency of the carried-out work on ensuring the state protection of the women who were affected by oppression and violence it is required to strengthen responsibility of inspectors concerning women of law-enforcement bodies on control over the implementation of requirements of the security order.
This Law makes the additions in article 248 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility providing investment of inspectors-psychologists on questions of minor law-enforcement bodies with the powers necessary for administrative prosecution of perpetrators for failure in duty on education and training of children, the use of tobacco or alcoholic products in public places and also involvement of the minor in antisocial behavior.
Besides, power on registration of administrative offense for failure to meet requirements of the security order by person who made oppression and (or) violence or inclined to their making is conferred to inspectors on questions of women of law-enforcement bodies.
