About modification of the Procedure for conducting complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government
According to Item 5 parts one of Article 12, "About prevention of corruption" ORDER to part three of article 51-1 of the law of Ukraine:
1. Item 11 of the Section V of the Procedure for conducting complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government approved by the order of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of January 29, 2021 No. 26/21, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 05, 2021 at No. 158/35780 (in edition of the order of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption from November 13, 2023 No. 256/23), to state in the following edition:
"11. Complete inspection of the declaration is carried out regarding the subjects to declaring which are not covered by complete verification of declarations of appropriate subject of declaring for previous periods except cases when the National agency obtained new information on object which was checked or when the available new sources of information which were not known or were not available to the National agency during conducting preliminary complete check".
2. To submit to management of conducting complete checks this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Artem Sytnik.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
