About approval of the Procedure for conducting complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government which is applied.

2. Submit to legal management this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Roman Sukhostavts.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Procedure for conducting complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of carrying out by the National agency concerning prevention of corruption (further - the National agency) complete verification of the declaration of persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such values:

the direct head - the closest head to whom the authorized person directly submits;

the declaration - the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government (including the last corrected declaration), submitted according to part one or the second article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (further - the Law);

reliability of the declared data - lack of discrepancies between the data specified in the declaration and data which are true or are truthful that is confirmed with the National agency during conducting complete verification of the declaration, in particular, from documents of title, judgments which took legal effect, individual legal acts, registers, databanks, other information and telecommunication and help systems including those which contain information with limited access holder (administrator) of which are state bodies, local government bodies, open databases, registers of foreign states, other sources of information;

the vice-chairman of the National agency - the vice-chairman of the National agency to which functional obligations questions of implementation of measures of financial control belong;

false information in the declaration - the data specified in declarations according to article 46 of the Law which are not true or is false that is confirmed with the National agency during conducting complete verification of the declaration, in particular, the data different from the data containing in the documents of title, judgments which took legal effect, individual legal acts, registers, databanks, other information and telecommunication and help systems including that which contain information with limited access the holder (administrator) of which are state bodies, local government bodies, open databases, registers of foreign states, other sources of information;

independent structural division - independent structural division of the office of the National agency which performs functions of holding actions of financial control;

structural division - structural division within independent structural division of the office of the National agency which performs functions of holding actions of financial control;
