About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2021 No. 845

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2021 No. 845 "About approval of Rules of the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations, recognition No. 1588 which voided orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2020 and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 23, the Art. 4086).
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024, except for the paragraph of the fifth subitem "an" of Item of 12 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since March 1, 2025.

To add paragraph two of Item 6 with the words "also is confirmed by the balance sheet and the report on financial results for the last accounting period on the date of filing of application, specified in Item 8 of these rules, or data on the cadastral cost of real estate objects and (or) the valuation report of market value of the property which is in the property of the Russian carrier determined according to the legislation regulating estimative activities in the Russian Federation".
