1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2015 No. 353 "About approval of Rules of application of authorization system of motor transportations in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international message" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11704) the following amendment and to suspend its structural element:
in Rules of application of authorization system of the motor transportations in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international message approved by the specified order:
6) of Item 19 to suspend the subitem till January 1, 2025;
add with Item 51-2 of the following content:
"51-2. The requirement of part two of Item 48 and Item 51 of these rules does not extend to the carriers registered in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in cases if cargo hauling about the territory (i) of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is carried out consistently by several carriers with overload (loading/unloading) and (or) replacement of the tractor in the presence of domestic permissions of the previous carrier.".
2. To provide to committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
