1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for placement in commercial banks of temporarily available funds of budgets of budget system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 11, 2022 No. 135 the following changes:
according to the procedure of placement in commercial banks of temporarily available funds of budgets of budget system of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The money received in the form of interest income of placement of temporarily available funds of budgets of budget system is subject to transfer to the special account of authorized state body on forecasting and budget implementation in the Single treasurer account.";
- in paragraph five of the subitem 8 of Item 21 to exclude the word "highest".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
