"6. Distribution of advertizing about banking services is performed according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About advertizing" and the Law on banks, including the following requirements:
1) advertizing is reliable, distinguished without special knowledge or application of special means directly at the time of its representation;
2) in advertizing, except for advertizing on radio, are specified license number of bank and the name of the body which granted the license;
3) remuneration rates in reliable, annual, effective, comparable basis (actual cost) are specified in advertizing of bank loans and deposits (except for interbank), in case of instruction of amount of remuneration for bank loans and deposits.
