About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Bodies of Homeland Security"

Article 1. State article 4.1 of the Law of December 28, 2001 to ZR-294 "About bodies of homeland security" in the following edition:
"Article 4.1. Appointment, release and status of the head and deputies of authorized body
1. Direct management of authorized body is performed by the director of Service of homeland security. The position of the director of Service of homeland security is not position of military service. The director of Service of homeland security is the person holding the state position, the relations with which are governed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service".
2. Appoints the director of Service of homeland security to position and the Prime Minister dismisses.
3. In authorized body positions of deputy managers of authorized body are provided. The position of the deputy manager of authorized body is not position of military service. Persons holding position of the deputy manager of authorized body are persons holding public position, the relations with which are governed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service".
4. Appoints deputy managers of authorized body to position and the Prime Minister according to the proposal of the head of authorized body dismisses.".
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
