1. Bring in Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 509 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
in subitem 2.3-1:
to state the paragraph of the twenty sixth in the following edition:
"concerning the goods placed under customs procedure of customs transit and placed in the customs control zone of delivery location of goods for completion of action of customs procedure of customs transit and also concerning the goods placed in the customs control zone for goods placement under customs procedure if such placement is confirmed by submission of the notification on placement of goods in the customs control zone, under code of document type "09019" according to the qualifier of documents date and registration number of the notification on placement of goods in the customs control zone are specified;";
to exclude the paragraph of the twenty seventh;
third to state the paragraph to part three of subitem 2.12 in the following edition:
"The decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 30, 2023 No. 75 "About structure and format of the declaration on goods and adjustments of the declaration on goods and modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission".".
2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
paragraphs the first or fourth Item 1 and this Item - in ten days after official publication of this resolution;
