About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2019 No. 432/11

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2019 No. 432/11 "About the automated information system of execution of monetary commitments" the following changes:
1.1. in appendix to this resolution:
the twelfth after the words "in bank" to add part with words "(electronic money from e-wallet at the payment service provider performing opening of e-wallets to users of payment services (further - the payment service provider)";
after part twelve to add appendix with parts of the following content:
"Payment instructions of the payer - the payment instructions sent to AIS IDO in the form of the electronic document created by banks based on payment orders, payment orders of the payer or payment service providers based on payment instructions of the payer who is the user of payment services in case of insufficiency of money on accounts (electronic money in e-wallets) the payer for execution in full its obligations to the budget.
Payment requests of the claimant - the payment requests sent to AIS IDO in the form of the electronic document created by bank of the claimant based on payment requests on money recovery (electronic money) in indisputable procedure or the claimant - working interest owner of AIS IDO.";
