About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring construction and operation of the National military memorial cemetery

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Item 27 of the Section X "Transitional provisions" of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with subitem 22-1 of the following content:

"22-1) for placement of the National military memorial cemetery transfer to permanent use, change of purpose of the parcels of land of the state-owned, utility property is performed with such features:

the location of the National military memorial cemetery is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by representation of the central executive body providing forming and realizing state policy in the field of social protection of veterans of war;

seizure of land from permanent use can be performed without approval of the land user belonging to the state-owned, utility property. In case of withdrawal of the parcel of land with the consent of the land user other parcel of land of the state-owned, utility property can be transferred to it to use. In case of transfer on replacement of the parcel of land the losses to the land user connected with withdrawal of the parcel of land are not compensated;

the termination of the right of permanent use, change of purpose of the parcels of land is performed without observance of requirements of paragraph one of part three, paragraph two of part five, parts seven and the eighth Article 20, of part two of article 150 of this Code, without compensation of losses of forestry and landscape production and losses to the land users belonging to the state-owned, utility property;
