About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About breeding case"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About breeding case" of September 19, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 8-9, of Art. 653; 2018, No. 2, Art. 69) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
- add with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
"-intra pedigree type of farm animals - the certain intra pedigree group different from other groups biological productive features, structure of body and appearance";
- in the paragraph the eighteenth words of "area of breeding case" shall be replaced with words "industries of agricultural industry";
- add with the paragraph the twenty first the following content:
"-the selector - person who removed breed, intra pedigree type or hybrid of farm animals and (or) the employer or his legitimate heir;";
- to exclude the paragraph of the twenty second.
2. The text of Article 5, part 2 Articles 10, part 2 Articles 11, part 2 Articles 12, part 2 Articles 13, part 2 Articles 16, the text of Article 18, part 3 Articles 20, part 2 Articles 21, part 4 of Article 22 and part 3 of article 24 after words "body", to "body", "body" to add with the words "in industry of agricultural industry".
3. To exclude paragraph two of Article 6.
