About modification of the Order of the Government No. 10/2012 about approval of the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova
The government DECIDES:
1. In the Order of the Government No. 10/2012 about approval of the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 7-12, 30), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in the resolution:
a) in the name and in all text to replace the word "workers" in any grammatical form with the word "personnel" in the corresponding grammatical form;
b) in preamble the text ", rendered by hotels," shall be replaced with words "on hiring of housing";
2) in appendix No. 1:
a) in all text to replace the word "worker" in any grammatical form with the word "personnel" in the corresponding grammatical form, and the words "source documents" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "supporting documents" in the corresponding grammatical form;
b) in preamble of the word "Requirements of This Provision" to replace with the text "Requirements of the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova (further – the Provision)", and after the words "including public organizations" to add with the text ", bodies of the central and local public authority";
3) in Item 1:
a) state the concept "official journey" of the following edition:
"official journey – the direction of the worker according to the order (the order, the decision, the resolution) of the subject for certain term for accomplishment of the obligations provided in the Provision item 4;";
in the concept "daily allowances" "on food, different services, including payment of driving through the settlement territory where it was recalled, and other expenses" to exclude the text;
