About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Citizenship of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Part 2 of article 8 of the Law of November 6, 1995, "About citizenship of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) to add ZR-16 with the new offer of the following content: "The procedure for documentation of the persons without citizenship of the Republic of Armenia living in the Republic of Armenia, and the description of the certificate on accommodation are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. In Item 2 of part 1 of article 10 of the Law of the word "till December 31, 2023" shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2026.".
Article 3. To recognize part 2 of article 12 of the law invalid.
Article 4. In the fourth paragraph of article 17 of the Law after the words "for the nationality termination" to add with words "Chapter 4 of this Law.".
Article 5. Add part 1 of article 24 of the Law with the new offer of the following content: "The citizen who did not reach 18-year age has the right to change citizenship of the Republic of Armenia in case of the termination of nationality of parents or one of them on the bases and according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 17 these Laws.".
Article 6. Add article 27 of the Law with part 8.1 following of content:
"8.1. In a month from the date of entry into force of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Armenia about the termination of citizenship of the Republic of Armenia person which stopped citizenship of the Republic of Armenia shall submit in the procedure established by the legislation the application for legalization of the residence in the Republic of Armenia or departure from the territory of the Republic of Armenia.".
