About entering of amendments into the Law "About Protection of Atmospheric Air"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 11, 2023
Article 1. Add part 1 of article 4 of the Law of October 11, 1994 with ZR-121 "About protection of atmospheric air" (further - the Law) Item 37 of the following content:
"37) the impact assessment on atmospheric air caused by economic activity - cost assessment of the negative impact caused to human health, and also other objects of the nature and the environment as a result of violation of the law of the republic. Armenia on protection of atmospheric air by the physical persons performing legal and business activity which is performed by the inspection body exercising control in the field of protection of atmospheric air".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 5 of the Law with Item 2.1 of the following content.
"2. 1) approval of evaluation procedure of the impact on atmospheric air made by economic activity".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 6 of the Law with Item 2.1 of the following content.
"2. 1) development of evaluation procedure of the impact on atmospheric air made by economic activity".
Article 4. To add article 17 of the Law with part 3 following of content.
"3. Local government bodies control transportation (including placement) building wastes along specially certain route and to specially allotted places.".
Article 5. To add part 1 of article 21 of the Law with Item 12 of the following content.
"12) to indemnify damages assessed according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 2.1 parts 1 of article 5 of this Law.".
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal acts following from this Law are accepted in three-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
