Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Federal Law

This Federal Law governs the relations arising in connection with the organization and holding the International multisports tournament "Future Games" combining elements of physical competitive activities and use of the computer equipment and results of intellectual activities including programs for electronic computers and the audiovisual works which are integral part of sports competition.

Article 2. The basic concepts used in this Federal Law

For the purpose of this Federal Law the following basic concepts are used:

1) tournament - the international sporting event held on two and more sports and (or) sports disciplines with certain frequency, which officially is referred to as "The international multisports tournament "Future Games";

2) the organizer of tournament - the legal entity approving regulations (regulations) on tournament and performing other rights and obligations of the organizer of sports competition provided by the Federal Law of December 4, 2007 No. 329-FZ "About physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation" taking into account the features established by this Federal Law;

3) accreditation - confirmation by the organizer of tournament of the admission to participation in the organization and holding tournament of the athletes, trainers, sports judges and other physical persons involved in the organization and holding tournament;

4) the official site of tournament - the website on the Internet determined by the organizer of tournament in regulations (regulations) on tournament and containing information on the organization and on holding tournament, and also on activities of the organizer of tournament;

5) frequency of the organization and holding tournament - period of time after which the organization and holding tournament are performed (once a year or time in four years);

6) the host party - the subject of the Russian Federation and (or) the municipality with which the organizer of tournament signs in writing the agreement on the organization and on holding tournament according to the civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

Article 3. Purposes of the organization and holding tournament

The organization and holding tournament are directed to achievement of the following purposes:

1) promotion and promoting at the national level and the international level of the sports combining physical activity and digital technologies;

2) provision to the athletes showing sports skill by means of combination of elements of physical competitive activities and use of the computer equipment and results of intellectual activities including programs for electronic computers and audiovisual works, opportunities for expression, recognition and development of the sports skills;

3) strengthening of sports cooperation between the athletes, trainers, sports judges and other persons interested in the organization and holding tournament.

Article 4. Powers of the organizer of tournament

The organizer of tournament performs the following powers:

1) performs the rights and obligations of the organizer of sports competition provided by the Federal Law of December 4, 2007 No. 329-FZ "About physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation";

Develops 2) and approves the regulations on tournament containing the program of tournament, including the list of sports and (or) sports disciplines of tournament;

Develops 3) and approves procedure for the choice of the host party and signs the agreement on the organization and on holding tournament with the host party;

4) is determined by order of interaction with the all-Russian sports federations if the sports developed by the organizer of tournament are included in the program of tournament;

Develops 5) and approves procedure and conditions of accreditation of the athletes, trainers, sports judges and other physical persons involved in the organization and holding tournament;

Will organize 6) and (or) performs processing of personal data in connection with the organization and holding tournament in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data;

7) determines forms and procedure for encouragement of the athletes recognized the best by results of participation in tournament including establishes the prize fund of tournament including the money and (or) other property which are subject to distribution between athletes, acknowledged the best following the results of participation in tournament;

8) provides placement of information on tournament and activities of the organizer of tournament in the official site of tournament in state language of the Russian Federation, and also in the English and (or) other languages determined by regulations (regulations) on tournament as official languages of tournament;

9) takes measures for promotion and promoting of tournament, and also for development of the international sports cooperation answering the purpose of the organization and holding tournament.

Article 5. Host party

1. The host party is determined according to the procedure, approved as the organizer of tournament, taking into account the provisions established by the Federal Law of December 4, 2007 No. 329-FZ "About physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation", except as specified, the established acts of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. The procedure for holding tournament in the territory of the host party is determined by the agreement on the organization and on holding tournament signed by the organizer of tournament with the host party taking into account provisions of this Federal Law.

3. In coordination with the organizer of tournament the host party has the right to found organizing committee for the organization and holding tournament and to approve regulations on organizing committee, except as specified, by the established acts of the President of the Russian Federation, the Governments of the Russian Federation.

Article 6. Powers of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies

1. Federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies have the right to help the organization and holding tournament within the powers, including by means of participation in financing of actions for the organization and holding tournament at the expense of means of the federal budget, budget of the subject of the Russian Federation, the local budget.
