According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 18, 2022 No. PP-168 "About additional measures for further reducing the state participation in economy and privatization acceleration", and also for the purpose of reducing the state participation in economy, further acceleration of privatization and simplification of procedure for provision in lease of state-owned property the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, providing:
cancellation of the requirement about obligatory conducting examination of the valuation report in case of exposure to the biddings of the state assets on the E-auksion platform and implementation of their assessment by the international authoritative audit companies;
establishment of procedure of payments of percent on the main rate of the Central bank and provision of right to use by the paid part of the state asset in case of realization of the state assets with payment term by installments;
step-by-step reduction in cost of the state asset at the biddings based on the mechanism established by State commission on holding tenders in case of sale of state-owned property in case of not receipt within two months of the request for acquisition of the state asset.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kuchkarov D. A. and director of the Agency on management of the state assets Ortikov A. Zh.
