Chapter 2.1 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 210-FZ "About the organization of provision of the state and municipal services" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 31, the Art. 4179) to add with Article 11.4 of the following content:
"Article 11.4. Features of pre-judicial appeal in certain spheres of provision of the state services
1. Appeal of the decisions made during provision of the state services and the performed actions (failure to act) of the bodies or their officials providing the state services in licensing of the separate types of activity established by the Federal Law of May 4, 2011 No. 99-FZ "About licensing of separate types of activity" is performed according to this Article. Since January 1, 2028 appeal of the decisions made during provision of the state services and the performed actions (failure to act) of the bodies or their officials providing the state services within other types of allowing activities performed by federal executive bodies is performed according to this Article, except as specified, provided by other Federal Laws. For separate types of allowing activities by the Government of the Russian Federation earlier term can be established.
