About measures for providing financial support to the strategic organizations and creating favorable conditions for production of additional products
For the purpose of settlement of settlement for the natural gas delivered to the strategic organizations for which the special procedure for leave of natural gas, and also preserving their stable financial position the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers is established
1. Approve the offer of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, JSC Thermal Power Plants, JSC Uztransgaz and JSC Uzkimyosanoat on cancellation of procedure for collection of the increased payment with 1,4 coefficient to the cost of the natural gas delivered to JSC Uztransgaz over contractual amounts to the strategic organizations for which the special procedure for leave of natural gas is established.
2. JSC Uztransgaz perform recalculation of cost of the natural gas delivered to the organizations in system of JSC Thermal Power Plants and JSC Uzkimyosanoat over contractual amounts before adoption of this resolution, without application of coefficient of 1,4.
3. To state Item 105 of the Instructions for use natural gas approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 12, 2018 No. 22, in the following edition:
"105. In case of selection of natural gas by the consumer in large volumes, than it is specified in the delivery agreement of natural gas, without preliminary approval of the gas supplying organization, from the consumer (except for the strategic organizations for which the special procedure for leave of natural gas, specified in appendix to these rules is established) the increased payment with 1,4 coefficient to the cost of the natural gas received over contractual amounts is levied. In case of untimely payment of the formed debt:
the strategic organizations for which the special procedure for leave of natural gas, specified in appendix to these rules is established pay to the gas supplying organization penalty fee in the amount of percent 0,1 from the amount of overdue payment for each day of unpaid amount, but no more than 50 percent of overdue payment amount;
other consumers pay to the gas supplying organization penalty fee in the amount of, established by the legislation.".
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the head of the department of questions of development of geology, power, the industry and its key branches and the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sultanov A.
