About introduction of amendments to article 19.1 of the Federal law "About Enforcement of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation"

Bring in article 19.1 of the Federal Law of November 30, 1994 No. 52-FZ "About enforcement of part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3302; 2022, No. 48, Art. 8318) following changes:
1) in Item 2:
a) in paragraph one of the word "December 31, 2023" shall be replaced with words "on December 31, 2024";
b) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "June 30, 2024" "on June 30, 2025";
2) in Item 3:
a) in paragraph one of the word "June 30, 2023" shall be replaced with words "on December 31, 2024";
b) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "December 31, 2023" "on December 31, 2024";
To add 3) with Items 8.1 - 8.7 following of content:
"8.1. The information about the legal entities specified in Items 1 and 3 of this Article which constituent documents contain specifying on the fact that they are joint-stock companies can be introduced in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to Items 2 and 3 of this Article in connection with reduction of constituent documents by them in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation only in case of representation along with the statement for entering of data into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and other documents for state registration of the changes made to constituent documents of the corresponding legal entity, the document confirming assignment by the Central bank of the Russian Federation (further - the Bank of Russia) to release (releases) of shares of such legal entity of registration number.
