About entering of amendments into the Law "About Compensation of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. The subitem "an" of Item 2 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of December 12, 2013, "About compensation of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" after words of "the chairman and the member of the Supreme Judicial Council" to add ZR-157 (further - the Law) with words ", Appeal criminal court, Appeal civil court, Appeal administrative court, court of law of the first instance, court on cases on bankruptcy and judges of administrative court".
Article 2. In parts 5 of Article 6 and part 5 of article 8 of the law after words of "the chairman and the member of the Supreme Judicial Council" to add with words ", Appeal criminal court, Appeal civil court, Appeal administrative court, court of law of the first instance, court on cases on bankruptcy and judges of administrative court".
Article 3. Regarding 3.1 articles 8 of the Law before words to "prosecutor" to add with words "to judges of court of law of the first instance and administrative court,".
Article 4. In article 13 of the Law:
To add 1) with part 5.1 following of content:
"5.1. And administrative court in the procedure established by this law the allowance in the amount of 60 percent of rate of official pay rate is provided to judges of court of law of the first instance, court on cases on bankruptcy.";
To add 2) with part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. The allowance in the amount of 55 percent from rate of official pay rate is provided to judges of Appeal criminal court, Appeal civil court, Appeal administrative court in the procedure established by this law".
Article 5. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
