About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning contractual relations between participants of depositary system of Ukraine
According to Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", "About depositary system of Ukraine" for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED parts eight of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning contractual relations between participants of depositary system of Ukraine who are applied.
2. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:
submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
3. This decision becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Baramiya I.
