1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2018 No. 919 "About approval of Rules of creation, work and liquidation of technical committees on standardization" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 18082) the following changes:
in Rules of creation, work and liquidation of the technical committees on standardization approved by the specified order:
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. For the purpose of ensuring activities of shopping mall, conducting correspondence, preparation and document creation of meetings of shopping mall the secretariat which consists of the chairman, his deputy (if necessary), the responsible secretary and the expert with knowledge of foreign language is effective.";
state Item 31 in the following edition:
"31. Work plans of shopping mall go to the NOSE till December 15 of the year preceding year of accomplishment of planned activities.";
state Item 39 in the following edition:
"39. The shopping mall is liquidated in the following cases:
1) in case of failure to carry out of the functions specified in these rules and in the fundamental national standard;
2) at the initiative of shopping mall (with reasons);
3) in case of unsatisfactory rating assessment, and also by not provision of the activities report of shopping mall following the results of year within two years.".
2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
