About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

state subitem 1-2 in the following edition:

"1-2) purchases by clients physical persons of foreign currency in cash form;";

in subitem 12 of the word and figure "the transaction determined in subitem 2" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the transactions determined in subitems 2 and 2-5";

2) in Item 14:

add subitem 2 with the new offer of the following content: "The restriction on delivery date of goods on transactions on commodity import determined in the subitem 2 of Item 14 of this resolution does not extend to the transfer made at the expense of means of the government budget";

to add Item after subitem 2-4 with new subitem 2-5 of the following content:
