Article 1

Part one of Article 38 of Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notariate of February 11, 1993 No. 4462-I (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 10, Art. 357; Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 28, Art. 3554; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7064; 2013, No. 51, Art. 6699; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4268; 2015, No. 1, Art. 10; 2022, No. 14, Art. 2197; No. 31, the Art. 5787) to add 2023, with Item 19 of the following content:

Article 2

Part 1 of article 26 of the Federal Law of July 5, 2010 No. 154-FZ "The consular charter of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 28, Art. 3554; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7064; No. 30, the Art. 4268) to add 2014, with Item 13 of the following content:

"13) to certify equivalence of the electronic document to the paper document.".

This Federal Law becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
