Article 1. Bring in article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state services" of April 2, 2020 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2020, Art. No. 4-5, 236) the following change and amendment:
- to consider the text of Article part one and to number;
- add with part two of the following content:
"2. The amount of paid state services is paid in non-cash form through financial credit institutions and other infrastructure for acceptance of cashless payments.".
Article 2. Enact this Law in 1 month after its official publication.
