1. Bring in subitem 7.1.38 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:
a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"7.1.38. The motor vehicles with electric motors classified by code 8703 80 000 2 of the CN FEA EEU and imported into the Republic of Armenia in number of 7 thousand pieces in 2022 8 thousand pieces in 2023, 8 thousand pieces in 2024 and 8 thousand pieces in 2025, the Republic of Belarus - 10 thousand pieces in 2022, 15 thousand pieces in 2023, 15 thousand pieces in 2024 and 15 thousand pieces in 2025, the Republic of Kazakhstan - 10 thousand pieces in 2022, 15 thousand pieces in 2023, 15 thousand pieces in 2024 and 15 thousand pieces in 2025, the Kyrgyz Republic - 5 thousand pieces in 2022, 10 thousand pieces in 2023, 10 thousand pieces in 2024 and 10 thousand pieces in 2025";
b) in paragraph four of the word "till December 31, 2023." shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2025".
