About modification of some rules of the National commission on securities and the stock market
According to Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the Law of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment", the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services" for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. In preamble of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 29, 2014 "About approval of the Procedure for the order the means which are not paid to members of institutes of joint investment in connection with non-presentation them at the scheduled time to the redemption of the securities of institutes of joint investment belonging to them which are liquidated" of the word of "the security market in Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2014 at No. 1631/26408, shall be replaced with words No. 972 "the capital markets and the organized goods markets".
