Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education" of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 532; 2014, No. 3, Art. 156, No. 7, h 2, Art. 422; 2016, No. 3, Art. 148, No. 7, Art. 624; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 581; 2018, No. 5, Art. 278; 2020, No. 12, Art. 912; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 706; 2022, No. 7, the Art. 447) the following changes and amendments:

1. In paragraph five of part 7 of Article 55 of the word "arriving from" shall be replaced with words "arriving on the bank settlement account of educational institution from".

2. In Article 58:

- to add part 3 after the word "pay" with the words "on the bank settlement account of educational institution";

- to "basis" to add part 7 after the word with words "from which means arrive on the bank settlement account of educational institution".
