Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the higher and postgraduate professional education" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 338; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 423; 2016, No. 7, Art. 628; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 584; 2018, No. 5, Art. 280; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 709) following change and amendment:

2. To state part 3 of Article 36 in the following edition:

"3. The public institution of the higher and postgraduate professional education has the right in the limits set by the license over financing at the expense of the government budget, to perform enrollment of students under contracts with payment of training cost from physical persons and legal entities on the bank settlement account of educational institution.".
