About entering of amendments into the Law "About Ensuring Activities, Servicing and Social Guarantees of Officials"

Article 1. In article 7.9 of the Law of February 4, 2014, ZR-1 "About ensuring activities, servicing and social guarantees of officials":

Part 1 after the words "the president of the Republic in resignation" to add 1) with the words "the Prime Minister in resignation";

To add 2) with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:

"4. The procedure for servicing of foreign delegations, the officials of the Republic of Armenia using the hall of official delegations of the airports of the Republic of Armenia and also the list of the foreign delegations using this hall, and officials of the Republic of Armenia are established by the decision of the Prime Minister.

5. According to the procedure, established by part 4 of this Article, also members of families of the officials specified in part 4 of this Article can use the hall of official delegations of the airports of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions

1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from this law is accepted in three-months time after the introduction of this law in force.

3. The provision of part 1 of article 1 of this law extends to the Prime Ministers who retired after 2018.
