Article 1.

Article 2. Conditions of award of pension to person holding the state position

1. Has pension entitlement under this Law:

1) judge of the Constitutional court:

and. in case of the termination of powers on the basis, stipulated in Item 1 part 1 of article 12 of the Constitutional law "About the Constitutional Court", irrespective of age, or

. in case of the termination of powers on the bases, stipulated in Item 2 parts 1 or the item 4 of part 2 of article 12 of the Constitutional law "About the Constitutional Court", or based on recognition which took legal effect the incapacitated court order;

2) person holding position of the Defender of human rights at least one constitutional term in case of achievement of 65 years by it;

3) person holding position of the deputy of National assembly at least one constitutional term or the deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Armenia holding position within five years, in case of achievement of 65 years by it;

4) person holding position of the member of Auditor chamber at least one constitutional term or the chairman of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Armenia at least one constitutional the term or position of the chairman of Audit Chamber of National assembly within six years in case of achievement of 65 years by it;

5) person holding position of the member of the Supreme judicial council at least one constitutional term in case of achievement of 65 years by it;
