This Instruction based on part 1.2 of article 8 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 224-FZ "About counteraction to unauthorized use of the insider information and to market manipulation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" establishes form (format) and procedure for the direction insiders in the Bank of Russia of the notification containing the insider information which does not reveal.
1. The insider opening in narrow structure and (or) amount the insider information which is subject to disclosure according to requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 224-FZ "About counteraction to unauthorized use of the insider information and to market manipulation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (further - the Federal Law No. 224-FZ), shall send to the Bank of Russia the notification containing the insider information which does not reveal <1> (further - the notification) in form according to appendix to this Instruction.
