"8. The authorized organization in the field of civil aviation takes all necessary measures for providing that aeronautical information which is provided in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also in areas in which the Republic of Kazakhstan bears responsibility for Department of Internal Affairs, was required quality according to requirements of Appendix 15 "Services of aeronautical information" to the Convention on international civil aviation and Managements on services of aeronautical information (Doc 8126, the document ICAO), and also according to the document ICAO PANS-AIM "Rules of aeronautical servicing. Management of aeronautical information" (Doc 10066).";

"10. Provision of aeronautical information is provided by service of aeronautical information of the supplier of ANO, being the state company subordinated to authorized body in the field of civil aviation.
