1. "147) SNOWTAM - NOTAM of special series transferred in standard format which includes the report on condition of surface of the runway notifying on existence or the termination of the dangerous conditions caused by availability of snow, ice, slush, hoarfrost, the still water or water formed as a result of thawing of snow, slush, ice or hoarfrost on the working area of airfield.";
add with Item 14-1 of the following content:
"14-1. When aeronautical data and aeronautical information are provided in different formats, processes of ensuring coordination of data and information in different formats take root.";
state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. SAI publishes products of aeronautical information of aeronautical information according to requirements of appendix 15 "Services of aeronautical information" to the Convention on international civil aviation, and Managements on services of aeronautical information (Doc 8126, the document ICAO), and also according to the document ICAO PANS-AIM "Rules of aeronautical servicing. Management of aeronautical information" (Doc 10066).";
