About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" (appendix).
2. Completion of the decisions on alienation by members (shareholders) of legal entities of the Republic of Belarus of shares in authorized funds (shares) of legal entities accepted before entry into force of this Item, reorganization of legal entities of the Republic of Belarus is performed according to the legislation existing on acceptance date of such decisions.
3. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
paragraphs of the fifth and sixth of Item of 1 appendix - since November 20, 2023;
Item 2 appendices - in three months after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
