About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 14, 2023 No. 18

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 14, 2023 No. 18 "About approval of the Regulations on the state control of activities of foreign agents" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 4, the Art. 640).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 14, 2023 No. 18

1. In the name and the text of the word "behind activities of foreign agents" shall be replaced with words "behind compliance with law of the Russian Federation about foreign agents".

2. In Regulations on the state control of activities of foreign agents approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the name and Item 1 of the word "behind activities of foreign agents" shall be replaced with words "behind compliance with law of the Russian Federation about foreign agents";

b) in Item 2 of the word "in part 2" shall be replaced with words "in parts 2 and 5";

c) add Item 9 with the subitem "e" of the following content:
