For the purpose of enhancement of regulation of the State system of identification of communication devices and identification of mobile communication devices, and also the devices used for data transmission according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About formation of Head department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 17, 2016 No. 336 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Head department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 12 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-forming and maintaining the corresponding IMEI lists of codes of devices in the database of the State system of identification of communication devices within competence GUIT.";
- add Item 13 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-includes and transfers IMEI codes of devices from one list to other list of the database of the State system of identification of communication devices.".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 257 the following change:
in Regulations on Service on regulation and supervision in communication industry under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
