About modification and amendments in some decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of development of production of domestic jewelry, providing their competitiveness in the internal and external markets, and also further building-up of capacities of the affinaging companies and producers of jewelry:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

release of the affinaging companies and producers of jewelry from the obligation of receipt of the license when placing precious metals and the raw materials containing precious metals under customs regime of conversion on customs area;

simplification of procedure for export of ready jewelry.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the text in state language of appendix No. 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 3, 2017 No. UP-5215 "About Measures for Streamlining of Export Licensing and Import of Specific Goods, and also Registration Export and Examinations of Import Contracts":

a) in item 4 in the column "goods Nome" to replace the word "buyumlar" with the word "íÒ¯¼½áÓ *";
