2. Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget and budget of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation provided to federal executive bodies and Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation for the corresponding financial year and planning period on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
