Based on Item 18 of the Regulations on identity documents approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2008 No. 294, of subitem 6.16 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 978, and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus POSTANOVLYAYUT:
1. Establish, the passports of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are living in the Republic of Belarus and temporarily staying outside the Republic of Belarus that personalized, drawn up, but not handed are stored in diplomatic representations or consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus within one year from date of issue then go for storage in divisions on nationality and migration of law-enforcement bodies in place of registration of such citizens at the place of residence.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2012 No. 13/284 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the organization of work of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus, divisions on nationality and migration of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus on exchange of the passport to the citizen of the Republic of Belarus who is living in the Republic of Belarus and temporarily staying outside the Republic of Belarus".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
